How to Reserve a Luxury SUV

TULVE’s luxury SUV rental process is fast, contactless, and built for convenience—whether you’re arriving at DFW Airport or picking up from our Southlake home base.

1. Choose Your Vehicle

Browse our Fleet and select the exact SUV you want. TULVE offers vehicle-specific rentals, meaning the vehicle you choose is the vehicle you will drive.

2. Complete Your Online Reservation

Our automated system securely collects guest information, verifies your driver’s license, confirms insurance eligibility, and processes payment.

3. Insurance Requirements

All self-drive SUV rentals require the guest to use their personal auto insurance. The primary driver listed on the reservation must be the named insured on the policy.

Insurance coverage is verified during the reservation process and must be active for the full rental period. Vehicles cannot be released without confirmed coverage.

4. Pickup or Delivery Options

• Airport Delivery: Available at DFW and other regional airports
• Hotel, Home, or Office: Custom delivery available
• Designated Meeting Locations: Coordinated at booking

All deliveries and pickups are scheduled in advance and confirmed through our automated system.

5. Vehicle Return

Return the vehicle to the agreed location, secure the key in the lockbox if applicable, and complete the mobile return checklist.

How to Reserve a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van rentals involve additional requirements due to vehicle size, passenger capacity, advanced systems, and insurance regulations. These steps are in place to ensure safe operation, compliance with underwriting guidelines, and a premium guest experience.

1. Select the Sprinter Van & Intended Use

Begin by reviewing our Sprinter Van Rentals page and selecting either a self-drive or chauffeured option. Intended use must be disclosed at the time of reservation.

2. Submit Your Reservation Request

Sprinter reservations are submitted through our automated booking system. Once received, a TULVE team member will review the request to confirm driver eligibility, insurance requirements, delivery logistics, and vehicle readiness.

3. Required In-Person Vehicle Orientation

Prior to release, all self-drive Sprinter rentals require a mandatory, in-person vehicle orientation conducted by a TULVE staff member. This walkthrough is required by our insurance provider and includes:

• Cabin electronics, entertainment systems, and power controls
• Interior lighting, climate, and safety systems
• Exterior cameras, sensors, and driving assistance features
• Exterior access points, tailgate configuration, and vehicle operation

The vehicle will not be released until this orientation is completed.

4. Sprinter Insurance & MBA Addendum Requirements

Many personal auto insurance policies do not extend coverage to Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans due to size, passenger capacity, and commercial classification.

All Sprinter rentals require verified coverage and execution of the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBA) insurance addendum prior to vehicle release.

You may satisfy this requirement in one of the following ways:

• Option A (Recommended): Purchase the required Sprinter insurance addendum through TULVE’s approved insurance partner.
• Option B: Provide an insurance binder from your carrier explicitly showing coverage for a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van, along with acknowledgment of the MBA addendum.

No Sprinter rental—self-drive or chauffeured—can be released without completed insurance verification and executed MBA addendum documentation.

5. Delivery, Pickup & Chauffeur Options

• Professional chauffeur service for weddings, events, and corporate travel

Due to vehicle complexity and orientation requirements, all Sprinter deliveries are scheduled in advance.

Sprinter Van Notice: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van rentals are subject to additional insurance verification, execution of the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBA) insurance addendum, and a mandatory in-person vehicle orientation prior to release.
