Reservations & Booking
How do I make a reservation?
All reservations are completed online through our 24/7 booking system at tulve.com/fleet. You can select your vehicle, upload your driver’s license, verify insurance, and sign your rental agreement digitally.
Do you offer contactless pickup?
Yes. All Range Rover and Land Rover SUVs support full contactless pickup using digital rental agreements.
Do I receive the exact vehicle I select?
Yes. TULVE provides vehicle-specific rentals—meaning you receive the exact model you reserve, not a “similar” vehicle.
How old do I need to be to rent?
Renters must be 30 years of age or older. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements.
Pickup, Delivery & DFW Airport Service
Do you deliver to DFW Airport?
Yes. We deliver directly to all DFW Airport terminals (A–E) for both SUV and Sprinter Van rentals.
Do you deliver to homes and businesses?
Yes. We deliver throughout Northeast Tarrant County, including Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Keller, Westlake, Trophy Club, Roanoke, and Bedford.
Where is your local pickup location?
Our home base is located in Southlake, TX, offering fast, convenient pickup for the entire NE Tarrant County region.
Is contactless pickup available?
Yes. Contactless pickup is available for all SUV rentals. Sprinter Vans require an in-person walkthrough due to safety and insurance requirements.
Insurance Requirements
What insurance do I need to rent an SUV?
All self-drive SUV rentals require the renter to carry valid personal automobile insurance
that extends coverage to rental vehicles.
Because our SUV fleet consists of late-model luxury vehicles, some lower-limit policies —
often written for older or paid-off vehicles — may not provide sufficient protection in the
event of an accident.
Insurance coverage is verified prior to delivery to confirm that liability limits are
appropriate for the value of the vehicle being rented. If coverage does not meet minimum
requirements, guests are typically able to adjust their limits with their insurance provider
before the rental.
If adequate coverage cannot be obtained, the reservation may be declined or canceled prior
to delivery.
If you’re unsure about your current coverage, a quick call to your insurance provider
before booking can help avoid delays.
What insurance is required for the Sprinter Van?
Sprinter Van rentals require separate insurance coverage and cannot be rented under standard
personal auto insurance policies.

Can TULVE provide insurance?
Insurance is not provided for SUV rentals.
For Sprinter Van rentals only, coverage may be obtained through the
MBA Insurance Addendum during the booking process.
Sprinter Van Rentals
Does the Sprinter Van require a walkthrough?
Yes. Due to seating, height, and safety systems, all Sprinter Van rentals include a brief in-person walkthrough.
Can I tow with the Sprinter Van?
No. Towing is not permitted with any TULVE vehicle.
Is the Sprinter Van good for group travel?
Yes. The luxury Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van is ideal for corporate outings, family travel, wedding parties, golf trips, and special events.
Vehicle Features, Safety & Equipment
What safety features do your vehicles have?
All TULVE vehicles include AWD, blind-spot monitoring, 360° cameras, collision avoidance, lane assistance, LED lighting, and parking sensors.
What amenities are included with my rental?
Every rental includes premium conveniences such as charging cables, TollTag, SiriusXM, first-aid kit, umbrella, and essential travel accessories.
Do you offer add-ons?
Yes. Add-ons include coolers, chairs, canopies, Bluetooth speakers, ozone treatments, and more.
Payments, Deposits & Policies
What forms of payment do you accept?
TULVE accepts all major credit cards through secure online checkout.
Is a security deposit required?
Some rentals may require a refundable security deposit depending on vehicle type and insurance coverage.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?
No. All TULVE vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Ozone treatments apply for violations.
